A Valuable Mindset by Trilby Johnson

Article Written By Trilby Johnson

“Mind what you are saying, especially about and to yourself.
Because you always tend to believe it.”
– Trilby Johnson

Mindset, is all about the stories we tell ourselves as well as what motives us when making the decisions and taking the actions we do. Our mindset consists of belief systems that we learn as children and that will inform much of our lives as adults. Beliefs are the mental building blocks we have that help us to make sense of the world around us and which many use to draw meaning about their lives from. Mindset is important because it fuels our attitudes and the way it which we respond to situations and other people and it helps us to form habits.

For much of our lives, we operate from these conscious and subconscious mindsets. Depending on the quality of the predominant mindset however, as we go through different life stages, situations and experiences, a specific mindset which may have been suitable and effective beforehand, no longer offers the most appropriate results and outcomes and may require reassessment and updating to something new.

Sounds straightforward for sure. Yet many people struggle with this. Firstly, because these mindsets are often operating on a subconscious level as well as being habitual and automatic behaviours and responses. And so whilst a person may really desire to change a specific belief and attitude, they may experience resistance. For instance, a person who lacks self-confidence may desire to feel more confident. And so they may choose to believe they are more confident and there may even be an improvement in their confidence levels  – like the ‘fake it till you make it’ slogan. This may work for a while. However, faking it will not be sustainable for very long and often the older more habitual mindset can pull them down. This is the reason that in my opinion and experience, positive affirmations can only take someone so far, before there needs to be another shift to the next level.

To experience mindset in an evergreen way, there is more to mindset than mere beliefs. They are indeed the building blocks to how we choose to function in the world. Yet humans are also sentient beings and so much of our prioritizing is based on our value system, which is the foundation of our building blocks. This aspect is often overlooked when it comes to wanting to install new belief patterns. The reason, in my experience, that there can be so much resistance is because when our values and our beliefs are not in alignment, we experience resistance and feel that we have to force or struggle in life.

Our values are a set of core principles that for the most part, subconsciously fuel the decisions and beliefs we choose across our lives and they are ranked by importance and need. Values are not our beliefs and inner tension can arise when two important values come into play and create a feeling of conflict, when it comes to making important decisions.

For instance, whether to stay in a job that is no longer satisfying and boring for security reasons and because that’s how it’s been there for years. Or go for a new job or lifestyle where it would be possible to express more creativity and independence, although it’s risking financial security. In a case like this, there may be several conflicting beliefs, feelings and circumstances that need to be managed. More often than not, a person can feel pulled in different directions and this makes choosing the correct mindset and attitude challenging. Values come from the heart and beliefs come from the head. So the challenge is finding a happy medium that makes resetting our minds easier.

To do this, prioritizing and updating our values is very important because situations and options are changing all the time, as we grow and expand. Here’s an example! A few years ago, I decided I wanted to be happier and healthier and release the struggle that seem to always appear. So I sat down and did an evaluation and prioritization of my values. One of my top three priorities was ‘security’. Imagine my astonishment when I realized that happiness and health were not even in my top 10! So I had to shift my beliefs around ‘being safe’ and looking at ‘happiness and health’ in a new way. This change in priorities and values, helped me shift my thinking and establish a new mindset, that incorporated all of these values.

Here is a short exercise to help identify your top 10 core values are:
Sit down and write down the first things that come to mind that are important to you in your life. (If you need examples of values, just google values to find lists to draw from.)

  1. Rank them from 1 to 10 with 1 being the most important and 10 the least.
  2. Then ask yourself if these are still valid for you?
  3. Are these values truly your own?
  4. When sorted, ask if there are any ‘new’ values that you wish to add? Add and rank them.
  5. Reflect on what has come up and also write down any of the beliefs that may have popped up. For example, health depends on genetic make-up; or if I am happy people will think I am selfish etc.
  6. If the values identified are not in your top 10, I invite you to add them in. Then sit back and watch what shows up.
  7. Repeat often.

Actively participating in setting our values, helps to prioritize and activate them in both the conscious and subconscious mind. This dynamic is what fuels a powerful and positive intention, attitude and mindset. Having a valuable mindset, requires adding value to our lives and ensuring that we choose beliefs that will serve us best as we grow and expand and enjoy our daily lives.

Money and Budgets: Do I have too?

Article Written By Ellen Rich, Holistic Life Coach and Founder

“The budget is not just a collection of numbers, but an expression of our values and aspirations.”

~Jacob Lew Read

People have different approaches to money.  Rich or poor, perception of money changes with context.  Each financial group from billionaires to the homeless evaluate groups they are not a part.

Family and culture play a huge role in how you approach money and budget.  A large family that lives together may need less money and can stretch a budget. A single person living on their own, however, may not be able to do this as well.  Money and budgets are not good or bad.  The key is determining what you have now, what resources will come into your possession, and lifestyle.

What’s mine?

Whomever you are living with, someone or living on your own, you need to decide how money is consolidated or kept separate from others.  Expenses are split and money allocated depending on each person’s contribution and perspective.  Bills need to be paid and a monthly budget plan put into place.

Debt: most of us use it.

Many people stretch their lifestyle by borrowing money (banks, friends, family, investment accounts and credit cards). * closed parentheses  added. There is always a price to pay for borrowing money.  The budget may be met, but the emotional price and financial impact depends on your particular situation.  Emotions can (fly) RUN HIGH when discussions about income, spending and debt arise.

Danger, danger and more danger!

If you borrow or lend money, beware that the long -term outcome may not work out as agreed.  I know of someone who lent a “friend” $1,000 and never saw it again.  Even landlords or the tax collectors may impose rules on you that you didn’t anticipate.  Think about what could happen and plan accordingly.

What is your money make-up?

How you view money can impact budget decisions.  Even if your current situation looks strong, spenders and savers often clash.  Situations can change (layoffs, death, illness, children, etc.).

Money usually creates financial “power” issues

This issue can be traced back to how much money you have and can impact issues that you never experienced.  A loss of a salary can change the entire household.  Additionally, your salary negotiations fall into this category. Applying for a loan or government financial aid also can impact you due to the loss of your power. Whoever has the money has the financial power.

Children are expensive.  It is estimated by that it costs $233,610 to raise a child to until they reach the age of 18.  And colleges are very expensive?  There are student loans, community colleges, trade schools and government subsidies.  Your choice is based on your financial commitment to your child.

Sometimes children over 18 want to continue to live with you to reduce their expenses.  You need to consider how much money you will use to support adult children.  It can help if your adult children decide to support you or can contribute financially to the household. I became a caretaker to my mother for 8 years when she was in her 80’s.  This impacted my job, working part time, salary, siblings and inheritance.

Extended Family

As your parents or elders age, their ability or desire to earn income falls.  Most seniors may want to live alone, but can’t afford it.  They may also be sickly and need help with healthcare and day-to-day activities.  Outside, home health care is very expensive.

Where will your money going to go?  Is it going to you, your household, relatives or parents?  These decisions may impact your savings and lifestyle.  The good news here is that your extended family may help you out in ways you never considered.

Communication is the key to financial challenges. Dealing with debt is essential in understanding your ongoing plans.  Bankruptcy or wage garnishment may be just around the corner.  If married you are responsible for your partner’s debt.  Don’t shy away from pre-nuptial discussions or a contract when setting up a household with others.

Divorce is quiet common and over 50% of marriages are impacted.  Without understanding the laws in your state, province or country, this can be devastating from a financial standpoint. Go online or visit a divorce attorney to find out what you may be responsible for.  Good advice to keep you on top of your money is, “Never a borrower or a lender be.”

Why do I need a budget?

A budget is a plan that allows you to compare the amount of money you have with your expenses.  Budgets can be developed for any time period, but a monthly review is a good idea to see if you are on track.  Budgets are flexible and can be changed based on circumstances.  Budgets are critical in making big purchases.  They can help you decide whether to make a purchase or not.  With budgets you remain “in the know” of your resources so there are no surprises.

Thank you so much for reading, much love

Shifting Your Future Relationship with Money by Mining Your Past

Guest Blog Written by Wendy L. Yost

“Come here…go away”, “don’t ever leave me”, “there’s only one way for this to work, and it’s my way”.  While it may seem that I am quoting people, I’m actually quoting aspects of a different kind of relationship, my relationship with money. If those statements had been in reference to a person, I wouldn’t have allowed that person to stay in my life for very long. And yet, I think for many of us, our relationship with money is reflected in often contradictory statements. And these statements create an undercurrent for when we make choices when it comes to how we relate to, use and appreciate money.

Rather that tell you to do this, not that — or, change how you do things entirely, I’d instead like to approach our time together the way I would one of the university classes I teach and design a curriculum on money intended to heal something, reveal something, and hopefully, with your participation, do both.

In building this curriculum, I started by thinking of assignments that have been particularly potent. And immediately thought about an assignment I’ve used in multiple classes where I have students map a facet of their life. And then thought about how I might creatively adapt the assignment to the subject of money. I found that mapping my relationship to money from birth until now brought new insights that assisted me in befriending money in new ways. What that involved was taking a sheet of paper, starting with the year I was born and then tracking how I have interacted with money through the years, as a child, a teenager, a young adult and now as grown woman, nearly five decades later.

My MONEY MAP illuminated key life events that impacted my relationship to money, such as: Receiving an allowance; comparing my sister’s proclivity for saving money, against mine for spending it; being hired for my first minimum wage job; embarking on my first entrepreneurial pursuit (becoming an Avon Lady!); saying yes to jobs I took to gain experience, even when the pay was awful; buying my first car and taking on my first mortgage; navigating job searches that took much longer than expected; asking my former husband for a necessary divorce; and more recent experiences like using social media to measure myself against the perceived success of others; and celebrating my first six figure year (and wondering how I’ll be able to do it again).

It also surfaced key shifts in my beliefs about money through the years — like when I released the need to earn all the money that I receive; when I got honest about my desire to serve fewer individual clients at greater depth; when I decided to start blessing abundance in all its forms (be it in nature, with my finances or with something like a huge bin of beach balls) or, making the conscious choice to bless forms of abundance I see other than what I would choose for myself (like deciding to imagine each time I see a Ferrari, how I would use the $188,425 to $400,000+ it takes to buy a car like that, instead of judging the driver’s choice).

Completing my MONEY MAP was definitely an eye opening experience. And also one that brought on an array of emotions: Fear, discouragement, worry, disappointment, overwhelm, frustration and impatience — as well as hopefulness, optimism, positive expectancy, triumph, freedom and even, joy. Our relationship with money is many things, and most of all, it is uniquely our own.

Creating your MONEY MAP can bring you new insights as well. As a way to get started, let’s begin with a mini version by calling to mind Ten Money Memories and writing them down. You don’t need to list a bunch of details, just a short phrase or sentence will do, like “the first time I negotiated a great salary” or “that time I found myself calculating Miles Per Gallon to assess how far I could travel by car on $2.50 of gas before my next paycheck arrived” or “when it took six months for a client to pay their invoice on income I was counting on, for work I already delivered on”. Don’t edit, just write what comes.

Once you have your Ten Money Memories, review the list and ask yourself the following questions:

$          Which memories are mostly positive and which are mostly negative?

$          What patterns occurred across multiple Money Memories — were there any repeated             people, places or experiences mentioned that are worth noting?

Next, pick one Money Memory that you consider positive and another you consider negative and ask yourself:

$          Who was I at the time?

$          What did I most need during at that point in my life?

Finally, for the two Money Memories that you selected to take a closer look at:

$          What happened before, during and as a result of those Money Memories?

One of the things I noticed in reflecting on these questions is that my best Money Memories tended to involve creative collaborations — and most of my worst were times when I thought I had to handle a challenge or circumstance alone. That’s a powerful insight!

For a worksheet that includes all of the above prompts, bonus content and a list of Related Resources, visit

So once we start to see some of the undercurrents present in our relationship with money, what can we do about them? The first thing is give yourself credit, as in “good job, well done” for what you have accomplished. This is important. If you’re about to consider making a change for the better, giving yourself credit, by celebrating how what you’ve done with money in the past worked in some way, rewards the part of your brain that might otherwise resist the change you are wanting to make. To be clear, the credit you are giving yourself has more to do with how you are capable of making something happen, than what actually happened. And, how you can mine your experiences, even the tough ones,  to see what treasures they contain.

Ask any awarenesses of your own that surface, “what blessing is available to me now, based on how I handled that then?” And be still. Take a breath. See what comes. If you’re a writer, have a pen or keyboard handy. If you’re an artist, a canvas. A dancer, room to move. Use your natural forms of expression as a way to help you see what is wanting to be healed and/or revealed.

And, if the answer doesn’t come immediately, ask again before bed and ask that the answers come to you in the form of memorable dreams. Through my work with thousands of clients and college students, I’ve come to see that some insights, especially those with the power to transmute outdated beliefs and transform us, are often time release — parceled out as we become ready to receive them, and in ways that allow for easier integration.

Something remarkable is made possible when we are willing to take a look and see things in new ways. My hope is that the territory we covered with your Top Ten List of Money Memories is just the beginning of your forging a new relationship with money. You have something unique to offer the planet. By taking the time to explore your relationships to things like money, and release hidden beliefs or old ways of being that surface, new opportunities have space to grow and find their way to you. And you are also positioned to live in more empowered ways and be of greater service. You have the clarity needed so that as new money flows to you, you have a clearer sense of how to have it work for you, however you choose to relate to, use and appreciate it!

Much Love & Appreciation

Make Selling Effortless

Whenever I mention the word selling to a new or small online business owner they usually cringe. This is because many new online business owners self-sabotage themselves in many different ways when it comes to selling their products or services.

Every person is in sales, whether we are business owners, employees, parents or even in your own personal relationships, you are in sales!

How can everyone be in sales you are thinking?

Because everyone sells themselves somehow. This could be a mother who is selling to her son that if he loads the dishwasher so he can then have treats, Or when you are married, you definitely sold yourself to the person you married, so much so, they made a life-long commitment to you!

So you have been pretty much selling yourself your whole life, but you just didn’t know you were.

When it comes to selling in your business it really is 80% psychology and 20% mechanic’s that lead to a building a foundation of raving followers that turn into paying clients. Your mindset plays a massive part in how you run your business and how you sell to people.

I have spent over 11 years studying behaviour science, and I became a qualified psychologist in May 2007, and I am also a certified Life Coach and Certified saleswomen who has been in business for 13 years. So when you place the knowledge you have of human emotion with selling, it opens up a completely new door of selling.

Gone are the days of cold calling and knocking on doors and making random calls to people’s homes or talk them to death for 3 hours online in hope to buy your product and services. Human beings work through emotion, and everything we do or buy is through how it makes us feel.

We buy from who we trust and know. We place this trust in that person, and then when the service does not live up to the standards it was marketed we then feel disappointed and upset. We feel cheated after parting with our hard earned cash to pay for them goods or services.

To sell successfully from your online business through social media is a skill which takes practice, but once you have mastered the skills and incorporate it into your life on a daily basis, it becomes effortless. You then begin to build a strong foundation of raving fans and you create a leadership influence within your following. This leadership influence leads you to attract people and opportunities that you would never have before experienced.

However, back up a moment, before we can get you to the success you want to be in sales we first have to get passed the self-sabotage that we always do when we are on our road to selling in the online world.

So why you are self-sabotaging yourself over selling?

You are self-sabotaging yourself over selling because you don’t have the belief inside of you that you can sell well, and this is then making you nervous in front of your potential clients. This is projecting out of you onto your prospective client and they sense your uncomfortable energy.

So the first thing we really need to take a look at is raising your confidence in sales and there is an easy way to do this. We just have to convince your subconscious mind that you are indeed worthy of the sales you make.

So how do we convince you that you are worthy? Well, this can be easily achieved by daily affirmations which can change the belief systems that we operate from.

What are Affirmations?

An affirmation is spoken or written statement that is read daily which can complete transform your thoughts and make your belief systems shift to a whole new level. When using affirmations you speak of already achieving the goals you desire. Which then shifts the mind to that level of achievement and so you start to believe you are what you want to be.

When your mind shifts to this level the laws of the universe work in harmony with these new thoughts and draws everything to you that you need to become what it is you desire.

So basically if you read a simple paragraph of say 3 to 4 lines twice a day. You start to become what it is you truly want to be and believing you can be it. Before your very eyes, you will start attracting the things and people to yourself in order to make your goal possible.

If you use the same affirmation for 90 days and ready it constantly throughout your day, you will start to really see a drastic change in your thoughts.

Now to begin with you may think how can reading a sentence every day make me sell better?

Well In order for affirmations to work you need to place them somewhere that you will read them at least twice a day. I place my affirmations right in front of my desk in my office and I have one placed in my bathroom near my sink. This way I read them twice daily when I brush my teeth. In the whole time it takes me to brush my teeth I am repeating this paragraph over and over again. You need to have fun with it and turn it into a little game for yourself and see how many times you can read the paragraph in the time it takes you to brush your teeth. Then place other affirmations in places where you spend a lot of time, this could be at your desk, or in your car.

You need to place the affirmations in a visible place so that when you look straight at them you can read them and repeat them several times. This then starts to create new belief systems within your sub-conscious mind.

I want to really start making you believe that it is possible for you to become a top salesperson in your industry. Sales people who are in the top 20% and top 10 % of sales are there because they believe they can achieve whatever selling goal is possible. The top 20% of salespeople are very clear on how much they are going to earn that month and how many clients they are going to attract to them because they have already trained their sub-conscious mind to go seek it.

In an exercise I am going to share in this blog with you, we are going to use an affirmation that is used by the top 20% of salespeople in the world that helps them believe they are in fact they are the best sales people in the world and helps raise their confidence by making themselves BELIEVE they are the best sales people so that they become complete crystal clear and start to train their mind to become a better earner.

To strengthen that belief system of yours, we first need to train your subconscious mind so that your beliefs system starts to really become the best at what you do. You can do these easily by using this affirmation on a daily basis and repeating it over and over again out loud to yourself many many times over a day.

I have given you two affirmations below to use daily to raise your self-confidence and belief that you can become fantastic in sales. Repeat these affirmations daily for 90 days and then see the difference within your self-confidence levels.

Affirmation 1:
“I am in the top 20% of the best sales people in the world”
Affirmation 2:
“I am amazing and I am successful at everything I do”

Keep repeating these affirmations to yourself daily, 20-30 times daily to train your mind to become a better salesperson. Take courses in marketing and qualify as a sales person to help you understand how to master selling skills. This, plus, training your mind will have an amazing effect on you sell in your business.

Try it yourself, and leave the fear of selling behind!

Have an awesome Tuesday, and make it your best day yet!

Much Love

Don’t Worship Me, I am Not God

If you read my blogs, follow my work, buy my books or work with me somehow, you know that once I get a bee in my bonnet about something I have to express to you how I feel about what rattled me in the first place.

Today that subject is IDOLATRY!

If you are not clear with what idolatry is, then do keep reading and bear with me and I will explain all in this blog post and why this is the BIGGEST mistake you can make in your business and there is only one way it will take you, and that’s to the land of broke quicker than your little butt will take you!

So, a few days ago I sent out a status on my Facebook personal profile to ask the question: Good morning 😀
Share with me the new skill you are learning right now? I was blown over by all the replies and how much people really are investing in themselves to learn more skills to open themselves up to more opportunity. Within them comments I became interested in one young man’s comment about him learning to smile with his eyes, and not with his mouth.

When I mentioned to him that I would be interested in him giving me a few tips on how I could learn to do this, he replied: “Kate, such an honour as a person like you look into learning something from a person so little as me”.

He innocently replied this to me which made me see what a lot of leaders do. Make the people that follow them FEEL like they are below them. This natural reaction would not have come from somewhere other than feeling the need to be idolised. Or someone portraying within this young man’s life that people are better than others.

The trained psychologist within me cannot help to justify the behaviour science behind it. Everything is a result of how we have behaved in the first place and when you dig deeper on this and see it for what it really it is, it opens you and awakens you massively. The spiritual side of this states that idolatry is a MASSIVE rule breaker and the only place it will lead you is out in the cold on the bare bones of your arse.

What is idolatry?

“The worship of idols, images or anything made by hands or which is not God. Excessive attachment or veneration represents idolatry. Veneration, the highest degree of respect; reverence, respect mingled with some degree of awe; a feeling of sentiment, excitement by the dignity and superiority of a person by the sacredness of his character. For anything that which borders on adoration.” ~ Dani Johnson

So basically in English, if you idolise anything other then your creator, you are in big trouble, my friend. If you idolise money, success, people or anything else other than divine, expect powerful lessons to be learnt.

If you are chasing the 6 figure dream, good luck! Let’s see how many times you gain it and lose it before you learn to stop chasing money, wasting it or starting to realise it does not belong to you and realising wealth is built through respecting the money you have right now.

If you are chasing the dream of hundreds of thousands of followers on your social media platforms, and not respecting the ones right that are right in front of you, to begin with! Good luck with trying to get the hundreds of thousands. It won’t happen!

If you are chasing success because you want people to love you, think again, love comes out of respect and respect is earned not bought or by how many followers you have on Instagram.

When we allow something in the creation to take the place of the Creator and to shape our lives and our longings. We are living in idolatry. And how will you know? Because your results will keep showing up time and time again. Your bank account will be empty time and time again. Your situations will keep repeating themselves time and time again until you LEARN!

Trust me, if I had not learned these mistakes time and time again and then learn what DOES WORK! I would not teach it, write my life testimonies by it and I wouldn’t blog about it to pass on my knowledge and wisdom to you.

We has the true servers and true leaders need to prosper where we are planted and love and respect everyone around us RIGHT NOW and watch what happens when you focus on something with pure love and attention. It expands to something wayyyyyy beyond to what we could even imagine.

The respect, success, and wealth isn’t something to be chased, it’s something that is rewarded by the way you treat and respect what you have now. If you carry on chasing it, then don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Be the change you want to see in the world, and watch the world change with you.

Have an amazing weekend,

Much love

Kate xx

Why I Only Work With a Selected Few

Have you heard the saying “Many are called, but only a few are chosen”?

It’s a way of separating those who are willing to do what it takes to make a difference in the world from those who are just doing it for themselves. To really tell apart those who are willing, committed and who take responsibility head on rather than sweep it under the rug and hide from it.

At the end of 2015, I made a decision that I was never going to work with people anymore who were just in it for themselves. The ones that desired success and fame over actual change.

As leaders, we have a responsibility to rise other newborn leaders up into this world to lead others and I can tell you straight there was no way I was going to take responsibility for placing fame hungry people in the world to just lead people to destruction. Why? Because who do you think would be judged for that? … ME!

Not judged by followers on Facebook, not judged by the future customers of the fame hungry leaders, but by God himself! And that my friend is not a judgement I want bringing upon my life and reality I tell you! I made enough crappy mistakes in my life as it is and I was not about to create more punishments for myself.

So, at the end of 2015, I vowed never to work with fame hungry people again. Always to stand firm in my power and to rise up the most amazing people in the world and help them create their dreams and make them become true because I knew the innocent people they would go on to teach afterwards will always be looked after and integrity would stand strong.

So many new business owners can fear to turn business or clients down. The fear of not fetching any money into your business can be scary and so accepting many, rather than the few seems like an only way of survival. It’s not! In fact by taking on many and chasing the work will lead you to exhaustion, and you will be working all the hours God sends and pulling your hair out.

“Been there, done that, wore the t-shirt and started my own chain of t-shirt shops!”

The huge breakthrough came to me one day when I learnt “Many are called and few are chosen” and that every action I took had an effect (Cause and effect) so if I was placing fame hungry people into the world who would be judged? ME! Who would get the backlash? Oh me!

And who would be pulling her hair out, working hundred hours a week and going to bed with a big anxiety feeling pushing down on her chest every single night? … Again, me!

You are the cause and effect of everything you do! So by choosing to set ground rules and only working with those that have only people’s best interests at heart and not their own you are placing seeds into the world that will grow into amazing things. You will be touching lives that you never even know and be the cause of something truly wonderful. plus, you won’t be breaking any universal of spiritual laws that may come back to bite you on the butt.

So why do I only work with a chosen few? Because so many are called, but only a few are chosen.

Have a wonderful Wednesday and I will speak to you again soon

Much love

Kate xx

P.S) Only 6 days to go and we release the first issue of The Missing Piece Magazine!

Yes! You read correctly. I QUIT!

In case you are wondering what I am quitting, it is in fact publishing consulting next year, that is after I have placed another 12 publishers in the world. Then I will no longer be taking on 1 to 1 clients to take the journey to making their book real.

Tomorrow is the launch day of my final anthology book The No B.S Truth: What it Really Takes to Build a Successful Business which marks the retirement of my anthology journey. Over the past 3 years, I have built an internationally publishing company, created an international best-selling book series called The Missing Piece, co-authored 16 best-selling books and solo authored  2 best selling books.

I have also helped 200 authors become best-selling authors, publish books of TV personalities and award-winning film directors and named one of the world’s finest coaches in the book The Coaching Code, but now it’s time to hand down the baton to 12 others.

So that they can lead the world to their own dreams just like I have in the past 3 years. So that they do can build their platforms, business and income through the power of books just like I did.

It has been one amazing journey that I would not change and I have learnt so much, experienced many expensive failures and successes which enable me to teach these 12 people how to provide a service that people deserve. To become the leaders that people with dreams deserve and to look after them dreams as if they were their own dreams.

Next year the launch of my magazine The Missing Piece, which is an online digital interactive self-discovery magazine, will be launched to the world on January 17th, 2017. I have an amazing journey that awaits and which will be changing lives all across the world with what the future holds for the magazine and live shows that will be happening.

And like anything in life, we have to leave something behind in order to move forward to our bigger destiny. so in order to do that, I have to leave behind the publishing consulting. This is why I have decided to take 12 people on this journey  in 2017 and then retire.

these 12 chosen people will take the journey of their manuscript on a word document to becoming a real life product they are holding in their hands. Not only that, but they will learn the skills of how to publish, market and build their platforms, business and income from books.

They will learn all my secrets of  “how” I have never failed to have a best-selling book and “how” I have earned $15,000 from one book before it’s even gone to the printers!

Then after these 12 people have taken this journey and learn these amazing skills my job will be done. My mission to have 12 more publishers in this world who will do it right! Will be complete.

The interviews for these 12 places to be filled start today and will continue until I have chosen the 12 people who I think can rise up to make this happen. The ones that can lead by example and lead people’s dreams to become reality.

Is this you?

If so, don’t hesitate to click here for more details.

It’s time to take that next step in 2017 and build your platform, earn more money and start to become the true expert in your field. The power of books will help you and the people you work with, get there!

If you think all the above sounds like you? And you would love to learn the skills to enable you to earn $15,000 from one book before it’s even gone to the printers, then don’t let this opportunity pass you by.

Once the 12 people are chosen, their lives will change in 2017.

Here’s to one amazing new year!

Much love & success to you

Respect The Money You Have & It Will Multiple!

The past 12 months have really opened my eyes up to a lot of things and one of them is money. How to truly respect it, deal with it wisely, save, invest and help those in need with it.

Who the money really belongs to? And who decides how much we have? Based on the everyday decisions we make.

Like 90% of the minds on this planet I never really truly understood the spiritual side of cash , that was until I really started focusing on it 12 months ago and starting to understand that there are certain laws to use and if we use them so wisely, our fortune will multiple even when others are in the dry season.

What do I mean?

Ok, let’s take one simple law that I learnt this year and of which has reaped its rewards for myself for sure. That law is to understand there is a season of plenty and a season of famine. How you work with your money over both of these seasons will determine how much or less you gain in the time of future famine.

To put it a more visual way, think about harvest time when farmers of all kinds sow their seeds for harvest and the harvest goes into bloom, then the crop is harvested and stored over the famine time (winter) to keep people feed through the winter time.

Well, this is the same thing if you are not saving money for the famine time and not noticing the seasons within each year of your business and not stocking up for your winter, guess what happens? You starve!

The amount of money and possessions that are in your possessions right now is the amount that your higher power thinks you are trusted with. No less, no more. (whether that is God, Universe, or Angels from your own personal perception) to me it’s God.

He owns the money and he decides if we are worthy of it by how we treat the money we have. He decides the dry season of your business to see if you are wise enough to stock up your harvest for the winter time. If you are wise enough to understand this, then you will be rewarded with so much more, even when other’s are famine.

If you are in a season of plenty right now and reaping a lot of business, my suggestion would be to store your harvest away for the dry season so that you can be trusted with the money you have and this will lead to you reaping so much more when others are in famine.

Your business will explode more in the dry seasons if you can stay true to the spiritual laws around money. It will happen before your very eyes and the rewards are astounding! All because you took the time to learn and understand the true spiritual laws of money and why it’s taken away, or given to us.

Money is like oxygen and without we can’t breath (eat, live in a home, do anything) so it’s a big need, so wouldn’t it be wise to understand the laws of the biggest need in your life?

So that you never have to struggle again?

Just a thought to leave you with on this Tuesday morning….

Have a wonderful rest of your week, and remember to start stock up your harvest, because winter is coming.

Until next time

Much love and appreciation
